Refund and Returns Policy

At Zeniglasn, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds, subject to the following conditions.
1. Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date you receive your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact (if applicable).
- The item has not been customized or altered.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@zeniglasn.com or call us at (941) 729-4119. Be sure to include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Return Instructions: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Return Shipment: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and send it back to us. Please retain proof of postage and tracking information for your records.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, simply let us know when you contact our customer support team. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If the replacement item is of higher value, we will notify you of any additional charges.
2. Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is in original, unused, and resalable condition (as mentioned above).
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may be ineligible for return or refund, including:
- Items that have been personalized, customized, or altered.
- Gift cards or other non-returnable items as specified at the time of purchase.
- Opened or used items where hygiene and safety standards apply (e.g., certain protective gear or apparel).
3. Damaged or Defective Items

We will resolve the issue by either issuing a full refund or sending you a replacement item at no additional charge. In this case, we will also cover the return shipping costs.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Unless your item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for the original purchase are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or a mistake was made on our part.
