Return and Exchange Policy – ZENIGLASN

At ZENIGLASN, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process. Please read the following conditions carefully to understand how to return or exchange items purchased from ZENIGLASN. By purchasing from ZENIGLASN, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
✔ The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
✔ The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
✔ Sale and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
✔ Final sale or clearance items
✔ Personalized or custom-made products
✔ Gift cards and promotional items
✔ Used, altered, or damaged items due to improper use

If an item does not meet our return eligibility, it will be sent back to you at your expense.


3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number
✔ Contact us via email at info@zeniglasn.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
✔ Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
✔ Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number if eligible.

Step 2: Package the Item Securely
✔ Place the item in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation.
✔ Use a sturdy shipping box to protect the product during return shipping.
✔ Clearly write the Return Authorization (RA) Number on the outside of the package.

Step 3: Ship the Return
✔ Ship the return package using a reliable courier service with tracking and insurance (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL).
✔ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
ZENIGLASN is not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so we recommend fully insuring the package.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund Processing
✔ Once received, our team will inspect the returned item within 5-7 business days.
✔ If the item is approved for return, we will process a refund or exchange based on your preference.


4. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be issued based on the following conditions:
✔ Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
✔ Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
✔ Shipping fees, customs duties, and insurance costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
✔ If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be returned to you without a refund.


5. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for eligible items under the following conditions:
✔ The exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
✔ The item must be unused and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
✔ If the new item has a higher value, the customer will need to pay the price difference.
✔ If the new item has a lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference.


6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order:
✔ Email info@zeniglasn.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.
✔ We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items.
✔ A replacement item will be sent once we receive and inspect the returned product.


7. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

✔ Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
✔ After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if the order has been processed or shipped.
✔ Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

To cancel an order, email info@zeniglasn.com with the subject “Order Cancellation Request.”


8. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

✔ International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
ZENIGLASN is not responsible for customs fees on returned items.
✔ Refunds will be processed in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
