- Processing Time: Once you place your order, it will typically be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends, holidays, or peak sales periods may experience slight delays.
- Order Confirmation: After you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email to acknowledge that we have received your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your delivery location.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after order processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days after order processing.
- Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (subject to product availability and location). Delivery will occur the next business day.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or other external circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We offer the following options for shipping:
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (please refer to the promotions page or checkout for the current threshold).
- Paid Shipping: Customers can choose expedited shipping options for faster delivery at an additional cost.
4. International Shipping
Currently, Zeniglasn primarily offers shipping within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly to inquire about availability, shipping rates, and delivery times.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Box Addresses: We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
- International Orders: We do not currently accept orders for shipping outside the United States through our online store. For international shipping, please contact us directly at info@zeniglasn.com to discuss potential options.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided. If you do not receive tracking information or have trouble tracking your order, please reach out to our customer support team at info@zeniglasn.com.
7. Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver your order on time, there are times when shipping may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

8. Missing or Damaged Packages
Missing Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier and neighbors to see if they may have received it on your behalf. If the package is still missing, contact Zeniglasn immediately at info@zeniglasn.com or (941) 729-4119. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours of receipt) with photos of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either by offering a replacement or a refund, as appropriate. If you are unable to inspect your order immediately, please report any damages within a reasonable time frame.
9. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that the address you provided was incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@zeniglasn.com so that we can attempt to correct it before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot redirect it to a different address.
10. Signature on Delivery
For some orders, particularly those with high value, we may require a signature upon delivery. This ensures that the product reaches you securely. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically leave a notice to reschedule the delivery or pick up the package from a local facility.
